Our signature hot pot features tender beef spine bones, slow-braised in a rich and aromatic broth with a blend of Chinese spices. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and the broth is deeply flavourful.

Free-range chicken and select mushrooms are steam-cooked in a unique clay pot to lock in all the natural juices and flavours, resulting in an incredibly aromatic and nourishing broth.
